Documentor is a free multiuser system for small offices and businesses. It is a program that imitates the behaviour of an archiver, with its folder sections, and lets you organize, search for and find documents of any type.

You can incorporate any type of file into Documentor. You can also create them from predefined and personalized templates that are done by the user. Certain types of file can be viewed directly, printed or sent by fax. It is a much more effective system that`s oriented towards offices/businesses to organize files better than the traditional Windows subdirectory system.
